When it's worth doing, it's worth doing Wright
At Wright, we only use top quality screen printing. We consider screen printing to be an art, and we treat your custom designs the same way. We don't use iron ons and digital prints because they degrade quickly and with them goes your unique artwork. It's our goal to create quality prints that last as long as the garment itself.
Available Shirts
We use Gildan 6.1oz Ultra Cotton Tee-Shirts. Sizes adult S-2XL available in all colors. For other products, sizes and colors, please call for availability.
Print Locations
We can print in nearly any location on a t-shirt, except over a seam. The maximum size of any 1 print is 13"W x 17"L. Below are illustrations of the most common print locations.
Available Ink Colors
Standard ink colors are included in the listed prices. An additional charge may apply for non-standard inks, (i.e. metalic, flourescent, glow-n-dark, and soft-hand inks). Standard ink colors are any colors you can print from an average ink jet printer. If you need exact color matching, please provide Pantone Color or CMYK percentages.
Artwork
If you already have the artwork for your shirt, we can work with nearly any file type. If you are still working on your design, Wright supports Aviary. Aviary is a full and free online image editing suite. If you need help with your design, let us know and our staff of artists will be glad to help you out.
For the more advanced artist, please note that gradients and thin lines don't work well when screen printing textiles. Solid colors and a minimum 12pt font size work best. If you have specific questions regarding your design, you can send it to us and we would be happy to answer your questions.
Ordering Process
To ensure the highest quality print, all orders are reviewed by our staff of t-shirt artists. After the order is approved, a digital proof that approximates the final product will be sent to you via email. Your order will not be processed until you have reviewed and accepted the proof. This process is designed to help you get exactly what you want and avoid any misprints due to miscommunication.
